PRODUCT CARE
Clean the Arnold Circus Stools with soapy water and a lint-free cloth. Due to the rotational molding process, some slight surface imperfections may be evident.
MOQ
AC Stool: MOQ is a box of 8 and colors must be ordered in multiples of 2. An example order: x2 Pistachio, x2 Boat Blue, x4 Ivory = 1 box of 8
Spitz: MOQ is a box of 8, (4 pairs of Salt & Pepper)
Hook for All Things: MOQ is a box of 8
ORDERING
Please email stools@domesticgoods.co to register for an account.
Authorised retailers receive are eligible for wholesale pricing. Trade customers (interior designers, architects etc.) are eligible for trade pricing.
Once your account is active, you can order online.
Please allow 5-7 days for order processing, after which an invoice will be sent for payment.
SHIPPING
Customers pay shipping fees. We typically ship via UPS Ground. If you want to use your shipping account or are local to LA, you can choose ‘pickup in store' at checkout.
We currently only ship within the domestic USA, and to Mexico and Canada. When orders are shipped outside the domestic USA (i.e. Mexico and Canada) customers are responsible for import duties and taxes. Domestic Goods is not liable for goods held/refused at customs.
PAYMENT TERMS
We require full payment of an invoice before we fulfil an order. Payments can be made via bank transfer to our account, the details of which are on invoicing.
LEAD TIME
Approx 4-6 weeks. Contact us for current stock levels and lead times
RETURNS
We do not offer returns/exchanges unless the product you receive is faulty/damaged. Please email stools@domesticgoods.co within 7 days of receiving the goods. If liability is accepted we will refund the cost of goods, shipping and reasonable return shipping costs. Please return goods in original packaging.
VALIDITY
These Terms and Conditions shall supersede and suspend all previous agreements and apply to all agreements between Domestic Goods and customers.
Domestic Goods can modify T&Cs at any time and will duly notify customers of those updates.
All marketing and sales information supplied by Domestic Goods is not legally binding and should be considered as guidance only.
